Please indicate your agreement to the following by completing the registration:
- I am the owner of the image (Photo or Video), or the sole author/creator of the Art
- If the image is a Photo or Video and there are people in it: I am the only person in the Photo/Video or I have permission from the other people featured in the Photo/Video
- I am 18 years of age or older
- If there are other people featured in the Photo or Video, they are all 18 years of age or older
- I consent to the use of my image (Photo, Video, or Art) by Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (“Take-Two”) and its agencies and other working for it or on its behalf, including Ghost Story Games.
- I agree that the Post may be edited or altered and combined with any other materials Take-Two so chooses, and used in any media (whether now known or hereafter devised), anywhere in the world, in perpetuity, for any purpose (including for advertising). Ghost Story will make reasonable efforts to contact you prior to use.
- I agree that I am not entitled to any compensation for this use and shall not be entitled to review and approve such use
- I understand that Take-Two has no obligation to use or continue using my Post, the image, or my Persona
- I agree I have no claim against Take-Two or its agencies and that these terms and the use of the Post, the image and my Persona, will be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
